While I appreciated the spacing in my room and the cleanliness, the bathroom lacked some maintenance, and I faced significant air conditioning issues. The hotel is in a great location, close to tourist attractions, but I found the dining options a bit limited regarding quality.

Nouvo City Hotel in Bangkok had its highs and lows during my stay. I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the warm reception from the staff. but I faced some challenges with service at the front desk that left me feeling a bit frustrated. The location was fantastic for exploring the city, especially being close to the Grand Palace and Khao San Road. yet navigating public transport was somewhat of a hassle. Overall, it was a decent stay, though not without its hiccups.

Although the internet was pricey and the pool was unfortunately under maintenance, the location was excellent, close to local attractions.
